Can anyone identify this figure?

Who makes it?  Still in production? It's a 28mm with a plastic slotta base.

    I was thinking void or reaper but i can't find either and random searchs on google has turned up no luck.

    My other though is some kind of anime type range but can't think what

    The reporter is an EM4 mini, from the Street People sets.

    Wasn't there a Judge Dredd line of miniatures from Mongoose Publishing? Could she have come from that range?
    I've got a few of them at home, but I don't seem to recall seeing this one.

    It's not from Mongoose's Judge Dredd line. Also checked Void, Anima Tactics, Heresy, Shadowforge and a host of others. I know I've seen it before, but my web fu is weak and I can't find it anywhere. What's more, I think I owned the d@mned thing at one time. Hmmmm. Thanks Ed, because now I'm not gonna be able to sleep well until I know, too. ;)

    @Brummie: Note the "at one time." That means it likely got sold or traded away, and now I can't help but think how much it remins me of Abby Sciutto, Pauley Perrette's characteer on "NCIS." Me want!
