The paint job, not by me, is amazing so it's easy to think they are 28mm. I know I can't paint anywhere close to that.
It does say a lot that you need to ask: there's a lot of detail on these guys! It's pretty cool that 15mm is reaching the point to where folks have to ask what scale a miniature is.
